Server Rules

So everyone has a good time. By playing on the Silvername.gg server you agree to these rules.

1. General

The Silvername.gg server with the Forward To Origins modification runs in PvE mode. The goal is comfortable, interesting survival for the entire community.

  1. By connecting to the server you accept these rules and agree to follow them.
  2. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse.
  3. Rules can change. Substantive updates are announced in Discord and in news a few days before they take effect.
  4. In disputed cases the administration has the final say.

2. Conduct in-game and on Discord

Not allowed:

  • Insults, threats, provocation toward players or administration
  • Discrimination of any kind
  • Offensive or political nicknames and base names
  • Spam and ads for third-party servers or services
  • Sharing other players' personal data

Encouraged:

  • Helping newcomers
  • Joint events and projects
  • Constructive feedback about balance and bugs on Discord

3. Cheats, bugs, exploits

Unfair play is shut down. When a violation is found, the response is fast.

  • Third-party programs (aimbot, ESP, no-clip and the like) - immediate ban without warning.
  • Bug abuse (duping, wall-pass, horde mechanics abuse) - temporary ban; repeat becomes permanent.
  • Deliberate server lag (mass spawning of mobs/blocks for DoS) - long-term ban.
Found a bug? Report it on Discord. Confirmed serious bugs are usually called out in news with credit to the reporter.

4. Bases and building

  • Don't build right next to traders or points of interest.
  • Don't block POI entrances - other players want to clear locations too.
  • Bases inactive for a long time may be demolished to free up space.
  • Builds that significantly hurt server performance are demolished after a warning.

5. Sanctions

Sanctions escalate from light to strict:

  1. Warning in chat or Discord.
  2. Mute from in-game chat for 1-24 hours.
  3. Kick from the server.
  4. Temporary ban from 1 to 30 days.
  5. Permanent ban by Steam ID.

Severity depends on the violation, repeat rate and player history. Cheats and aggression go straight to ban.

6. Appeals

If you think a sanction is unfair:

  1. Open a ticket in the Discord server.
  2. Provide your Steam ID and the circumstances.
  3. Attach video/screenshots if you have any.
  4. Wait for the administrator's reply.

Appeals against permanent bans for cheating are only considered with new evidence.
